Who we are

Forgesite is a trading name of Green Gecko Systems Limited (company no. 17320485), registered in England and Wales.

Our process

Work begins once a build fee is agreed and paid. A draft is typically provided within 48 hours of our initial call. Revisions are unlimited until you approve the finished site as ready to launch, after which up to 30 minutes of edits are included each month as part of your ongoing plan.

Payment

The one-off build fee is payable before work begins. The monthly hosting and care fee is billed from the date your site goes live and continues until cancelled.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your monthly plan at any time with 30 days' notice.
• Build fees are non-refundable once work has started, since they cover time already spent on your project.
• If you cancel before any draft is delivered, a partial refund may be given at our discretion.

Ownership

Once the build fee is paid in full, the website design and content created for you are yours to use. The underlying hosting and domain setup remain tied to your active monthly plan.
